About John Neelin

Founder & Organizational Systems Architect of NODA, John brings deep experience in organizational design, change management, and role architecture across diverse industries and organizational sizes. He specializes in helping leaders solve complex structural and people-related challenges with a balanced approach: analytical where needed, collaborative where impactful, and always grounded in real human dynamics. With a background in consulting and internal leadership roles, John understands how strategy, culture, and workforce realities must work together for organizations to thrive.

  • John’s credentials include certifications in Human Resources (CPHR, SHRM-SCP), Organizational Development (AIHR), Change Management (Prosci CP), Behavioural Modelling (TRAITS CF), and Agile Leadership (SAFe 5 Agilist). With degrees in Business (BCom, University of Alberta) and the Arts (MFA, California Institute of the Arts), he applies his study of business analysis (BA Professional Certificate, MacEwan University) consistently in his management consulting practice, and continues to develop his expertise in Workplace AI Integration through AIHR (Academy to Innovate Human Resources, Rotterdam, NL).
